Scope

Vaux Nutrition Practice supports professional judgment; it does not replace individualized medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or emergency care. Equations and ranges are informed by commonly cited sports nutrition guidance (e.g., ACSM, ISSN, NATA, IOC contexts) and must be interpreted by a qualified practitioner.

Decision support, not diagnosis

Risk flags and QA checks are decision-support screens, not diagnostic criteria. Verify all anthropometrics, lab context, and training demands before issuing recommendations to athletes.
