Subscription and trial

Vaux Nutrition Practice is a subscription software tool for qualified nutrition practitioners. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to use the product within your professional scope of practice. A trial does not require a payment method. Paid service begins only after you choose monthly or annual billing and complete Stripe Checkout.

Renewal and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually until canceled through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Warranty and professional responsibility

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or clinical outcomes. You are responsible for verifying calculations before clinical use.

Health information boundary

Vaux Nutrition Practice is not offered as a HIPAA-compliant record system and does not provide a BAA at launch. Do not use it for protected health information when your organization requires a BAA.
